From Spawn To Table
Seaventure Clam Co’s Artisanal Chowder Line comes from spawn to table. We produce millions of clam seeds each week, and work with local clam farmers to grow these seedlings to maturity. Once the clams reach adulthood we buy them back which in turn supports our amazing farmers, and gives us the key ingredient to the tastiest and highest quality small-batch clam chowders. Our chowders use responsibly sourced ingredients that are great for the environment, and for you.
The need for low environmental impact and sustainable aquaculture is a must to fill the void since wild fisheries production have plateaued and in many cases are collapsing. This is all compounded by a myriad of environmental issues worldwide that could seriously affect the wellbeing of planet earth and humankind.
